Michael is well-rounded; he has experience in recruiting, resume building, interviewing, job placement, administration, management, surveyor readiness, onboarding, training, bookkeeping, budgeting, and employee development. Michael has experience working in many industries.

Michael can be described as forward-looking, aggressive, and competitive. His vision for results is one of his positive strengths. He may lose interest in a project once the challenge ceases. He may then be ready for another challenging project. He embraces visions not always seen by others. Michael’s creative mind allows him to see the “big picture.” Michael likes to be forceful and direct when dealing with others. His desire for results is readily apparent to the people he manages. He wants to be viewed as self-reliant and willing to pay the price for success. She is goal-oriented and driven by results. He is the team member who will try to keep the others on task. He is extremely results-oriented and has a sense of urgency to complete projects quickly. Most people see him as a high-risk-taker. His view is, “Nothing ventured, nothing gained.” He may be so self-confident that others see him as arrogant. This confidence may be something others wish they had. Michael is a good problem solver and troubleshooter, always seeking new ways to solve old problems. Many people see his decisions as high-risk decisions. However, he tends to work hard for a successful outcome after making the decision. He prefers authority equal to his responsibility. Michael is decisive and prefers to work for himself and help other struggling organizations. He finds it easy to share his opinions on solving work-related problems. His active mind is already moving ahead. He likes people who give him options as compared to their opinions. The options may help him make decisions, and he values his own opinion over that of others! His creativity and activity give him the strength to communicate with others effectively. He may present the information in a form that is easily understood by most people. He challenges people who volunteer their opinions.

Michael likes people who present their cases effectively. When they do, he can then make a quick assessment or decision. He tends to influence people by being direct, friendly, and results-oriented. Establishing a health care system/Assisted Living home to help vulnerable people gives him the ego to always work at his best.
